Service enquiries and email

Marketing email is hard-disabled in this release. Signup requests are rejected before contact information is stored, no onboarding journey is activated, and no marketing email is sent. A future email service requires separate review, explicit consent, and verified provider terms.

Optional analytics

Optional site analytics are off until you choose “Allow analytics.” If enabled, this site may record page and service-interest events using a session-scoped pseudonymous visitor identifier, page path, selected service, permitted campaign/channel source, and timestamp. The identifier is hashed before storage. It does not send form values or email addresses as analytics properties. “Decline” disables collection. Tracked-link clicks are counted only when the analytics-consent cookie is present; otherwise the visitor is redirected without an analytics record.

Organic performance and conversions

Post impressions and clicks shown in the private workspace are manually entered by an administrator from the platform’s own analytics; they are not independently verified or imported by an API. Conversion reporting stores aggregate campaign/day totals only, not customer names, emails, or contact records. CTR is calculated from platform clicks divided by platform impressions; it is blank when impressions are not available.

Private marketing workspace

The private workspace stores campaign service/goal metadata, manual or AI-generated text drafts, approval and publication audit events, encrypted provider tokens, draft-only run plans, and owner-entered aggregate metrics. The AI provider is currently owner-paused; no provider completion is sent. Paid advertising, live seven-day scheduling, and automatic social posting remain disabled in this release. Social publication remains subject to separate exact-content approval.
